Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Since we sell kitchen products, please ensure the item has not been used for food preparation before returning.

How to Initiate a Return Simply email us at Cheapdaddyonline@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items If your LuxeSlice Pro arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return needed!

Exchanges We currently offer exchanges for damaged or defective items only. If you'd like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items Items that show signs of use, are missing original packaging, or are returned after 7 days are not eligible for a refund.

International Orders For orders shipped outside India, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
